About Me

DENISE BEAULIEU, PH.D.

Knowledge mobilization as a tool for organizational strengthening is my passion. Whether generated through program evaluations, targeted studies, or by synthesizing existing knowledge, the strategic use of knowledge helps guide and improve decision-making. There’s no need to reinvent the wheel!

Complex policies, resistance to change, and low trust for new practices often get in the way of the application of useful knowledge. I use a co-construction approach to collaborative knowledge production that has proven highly effective in helping you overcome these obstacles.

In 2009, I completed my Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences from Université Laval (Quebec).

I am an experienced trainer, researcher and writer who is appreciated for my ability to create collaborative learning spaces. I am particularly skilled at drawing on evidence from various sources and crafting practical solutions in response to each client’s unique situation. I can provide my services in both English and French, and have experience working in over 20 countries.
